Ingredients:
2 rib-eye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
Rub the marinade generously over both sides of the rib-eye steaks.
Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Cook the steaks in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking. For medium-rare steaks, aim for an internal temperature of 130°F (55°C).
Once cooked to your desired level of doneness, remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
Slice and serve the rib-eye steaks with your favorite sides.
