Ingredients:

4 fish fillets
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of capers
1/2 cup of fresh dill
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 butter cubes
Fresh dill to taste
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Directions:

In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the fish fillets and cook for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
In a saucepan over low heat, whisk together the butter and lemon juice until the butter is melted.
